a) Review: COMMENTS, DOCTYPE, NAMESPACE, ENCODING
b) view samples on the class website (websitesthatwork.sehsapps.net)
c) write a bare bones html page 2 ways - stripped down, and "recommended"
d) validate code using the W3C markup validator
